Military and First Responders

Working in the military, police, hospital, or paramedic setting is a wonderful calling that comes with risks.

We risk not only our personal safety service the needs of others but often our mental safety.

Compassion fatigue, burnout, trauma, and vicarious trauma are common side effects of the work that we do and if they are not addressed we risk losing ourselves and our loved ones.

This group is designed to be a safe space to process these things with people who get the job or the mission. It is designed to help you turn off the work switch and help you feel like yourself again.

Facilitated by group specialist Jennifer Hama, LPC, CPCS, this group is an open format, allowing individuals to join after the group has formally formed. An intake may be required.
