CBT Group Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the belief that what we think changes how we feel which changes how we act.
Therefore if we change our words we change our world.
In this group, we will examine our belief systems and how they are affecting our life currently.
If certain beliefs are no longer helping you achieve your goals, we will change them something that works better for you. By doing this CBT is helpful to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and conflict.
Together we can help you create the life you want to live.
Facilitated by group specialist Jennifer Hama, LPC, CPCS, this group is an open format, allowing individuals to join after the group has formally formed. An intake may be required.
